LOS ANGELES, Nov. 17 (UPI) — Kaley Cuoco is opening up about her much-rumored plastic surgeries.
The 30-year-old actress confirmed in the December issue of Women’s Health that she’s had nose and boob jobs.
“Years ago, I had my nose done. And my boobs — best thing I ever did,” Cuoco told the magazine. “Recently I had a filler in a line in my neck I’ve had since I was 12.”
“As much as you want to love your inner self … I’m sorry, you also want to look good,” she explained. “I don’t think you should do it for a man or anyone else, but if it makes you feel confident, that’s amazing.”
“The Big Bang Theory” star also exercises and eats well in an effort to stay healthy and look young. She said she tried a number of different workouts before settling on spinning, hot yoga and horseback riding.
“The bottom line is I’m not 21 anymore, so it used to be so easy and I didn’t have to do as much,” she confessed. “But you’re getting a little older and I’ve got to cut things out. It’s important, it’s now part of my day. Working out is part of my day, eating right is part of my day.”
Cuoco previously revealed in the May 2014 issue of Cosmopolitan that she had her boob job at age 18, saying it was the “best decision [she] ever made.” She admitted to being self-conscious about her image during her early career.
“I started reading [online reports] and thought, ‘Maybe I need to make more of an effort and not go out in my Uggs and be disgusting,” the actress said. “So I started putting on makeup.”
“They started writing, ‘Wow, someone really likes being in front of the camera,'” she recalled. “I couldn’t do anything right. Why am I reading this stuff? But I’m obsessed. I openly admit to being totally insane about that.”
Cuoco plays Penny on “The Big Bang Theory,” which airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET.
