NEW YORK, Oct. 27 (UPI) — The View co-host Raven-Symone announced Thursday she is leaving the daytime chat show at the end of this year to work on a sequel series to her family sitcom “That’s So Raven.”
“I’m very excited!” Raven-Symone said.
In addition to reprising her role of Raven Baxter — now the single mother of two children — she will also serve as executive producer of the new series.
She said it is unclear which other stars from the original “That’s So Raven” might return for the followup. The show initially ran 2003 to 2007.
