Salma Hayek Goes Topless for Allure Magazine
LOS ANGELES, July 15, 2015 — (UPI) — Salma Hayek recently went topless for Allure magazine.
The 48-year-old actress covers the publication’s August issue, and stripped down for the inside spread. Hayek admitted she was initially apprehensive in a behind-the-scenes video, but took pride in her all-natural looks in the article.
“I got to work with the wonderful [photographer] Patrick Demarchelier, and he always tries to do the minimum clothes possible,” she explained in the video. “I was very nervous and think I looked very uncomfortable in the beginning … but at the end it looked really nice, very elegant.”
Hayek told the magazine the worst beauty advice she ever received was to start Botox, saying, “When I was young, they tried to tell me on the idea: ‘If you do it now, then you won’t get the wrinkles.’ And thank God I didn’t do do that.”
The star instead found confidence through her work and husband Francois-Henri Pinault, whom she married in February 2009. The couple share 7-year-old daughter Valentina, and Hayek said she and her family have never been apart for more than two weeks.
