Sam Smith Shows Off Dramatic Weight Loss at French Event
LILLE, France, April 3 (UPI) — British singer Sam Smith stepped out in a considerably smaller frame at a red carpet event for the NRJ Music Tour in Lille, France Tuesday.
Dressed in dark pants, a white button down shirt and a brown trench coat, the 22-year-old singer looked slimmer than ever as he posed for pictures on the red carpet. He also shared a photo of the look on his Instagram account.
The 22-year-old star revealed on the image sharing site last month he had lost 14 pounds thanks to nutritionist Amelia Freer, whom he credited with “completely [changing his] life”.
“It’s not even about weight loss it’s about feeling happy in yourself,” Smith wrote in an Instagram post showcasing his thinner frame. “Love you Amelia & thank you for making me feel so happy inside and out.”
Freer’s last book Eat. Nourish. Glow. provides “10 easy steps for losing weight, looking younger and feeling healthier.”
