NEW YORK, June 23 (UPI) — Sarah Jessica Parker is returning to HBO this fall with the dark comedy “Divorce.”
In a teaser released on YouTube, “Divorce” tells the story of a couple – played by Parker and Thomas Haden Church – who attempt to navigate the muddy waters of love and relationships while trying to determine if their marriage is worth saving.
“Divorce,” which also stars Molly Shannon and Talia Balsam, is produced by Sharon Horgan who is the creative force behind the Amazon Prime original show Catastrophe.
Divorce is the first TV series for Parker since starring as Carrie Bradshaw on “Sex and the City,” which ended in 2004.
