‘Split’ filmmaker M. Night Shyamalan hints at next project

Feb. 8 (UPI) — Filmmaker M. Night Shyamalan is teasing his social media followers with a glimpse at his next project.

“I have an 11 page outline for my next film in my bag. I can’t tell you what it is, but If you’ve seen #Split…” he tweeted Saturday.

No other details regarding the movie were immediately revealed.

The James McAvoy-led thriller “Split” has been the No. 1 movie in North America for the past three weekends.

Shyamalan also expressed his gratitude to fans for supporting his latest movie.

“Thank you to everyone who has gone to see #Split in the U.S. & around the world. The response is overly generous. I am humbled & grateful,” he wrote in another post.

Shyamalan’s previous films include “The Sixth Sense,” “Unbreakable,” “Signs,” “Lady in the Water” and “The Village.”
