NEW YORK – November 9, 2015 — (UPI) — Vivica A. Fox has caused quite the stir after she discussed her ex 50 Cent’s sexuality on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live.

The actress appeared on the talk-show Sunday to discuss her upcoming role on the hit music-drama Empire, where Fox will be portraying main character Cookie’s older sister Candice. Host Andy Cohen eventually asked the 51-year-old her thoughts on 50 Cent’s comments regarding the show’s declining ratings.

“What were your thoughts when 50 Cent blamed the season ratings dip on ‘gay stuff?,'” Cohen asked. “First of all, you know the pot called the kettle black is all I’m saying,” Fox responded.

Cohen pressed further if 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, could be gay with Fox responding that “he’s not” but that “he seems like he’s got something that’s not quite clear,” before referencing an older XXL magazine cover featuring 50 Cent and fellow rapper Souljah Boy.

50 Cent and Souljah Boy have since responded on Instagram to Fox’s insinuation with the “In Da Club” rapper reposting an early Souljah Boy response in which he made fun of Fox’s age alongside his reasoning for Fox’s comments.

“Oh No!!! Now she thinks I’m gay because I let her lick my [expletive]. LMAO,” he wrote. “Wait, I didn’t want her to, she forced me, my hands were tied. 50 Shades of Grey.”

50 Cent last made headlines in October after new court documents revealed the 40-year-old’s high legal fees since filing for chapter 11 bankruptcy back in July.
