CENTERVILLE, Utah, June 8, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — One person has died and two others are in critical condition after a rollover crash on Legacy Highway during Friday’s rush hour in Davis County.
According to Utah Highway Patrol officials, a northbound car lost control and hit a southbound car near Parrish Lane, in Centerville. Two medical helicopters were called to the scene, according to South Davis Metro Fire.
Other Legacy Highway drivers are being directed to turn around and head back in the direction they came from while officials processed the patients and the scene.
The accident has snarled rush hour traffic and put additional pressure on nearby Interstate 15 to handle the overload.
