ST. GEORGE, Utah, July 26, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — One man is dead after a rollover accident Wednesday morning near St. George.

The man was driving a 2009 Toyota truck eastbound on State Route 7 when his truck left the roadway on the left, and he over-corrected to the right, causing his vehicle to roll, according to information from the Utah Highway Patrol.

The man was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected. He died at the scene, the UHP statement said. Two female passengers who were not wearing seat belts were not ejected, and suffered only minor injuries.

The dead man has been identified as 32-year-old Tyler Charles, from Fredonia, Ariz.

Investigators are looking into driving under the influence as a possible factor in the crash.
