2 juveniles arrested after fire causes $100k damage to school in Garland

GARLAND, Utah, June 8, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Two juveniles were taken into custody after police say they started an outside fire that caused more than $100,000 in damage to Bear River Middle School.

A Garland Police Department Facebook post said the juveniles were arrested for setting the bushes and the corner of the school on fire Thursday night.

In a later post, police included a security video showing a boy running from the fire and the billowing smoke.
