CEDAR CITY, Utah, Oct. 9, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Utah Highway Patrol troopers made two traffic stops this week that yielded nearly 130 pounds of meth, officials said Wednesday.

“Earlier this week, troopers made two traffic stops on I-15 near Cedar, one for speed and one for following too close,” said a tweet from UHP. “The result of those stops was nearly 130 pounds of meth seized.”

The tweet said officials are investigating the likelihood that some of it was bound for distribution within Utah.
