HEBER CITY, Utah, May 5, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Three Heber City residents were arrested Thursday by the Wasatch Back Narcotics Enforcement Team.
BackNet, the Heber City Police Department and the Wasatch County Sheriff’s Office served a warrant on a residence, and found multiple forms of the cannabinoid Tetrahydrocannabinol, abbreviated THC. The provided list includes:
- Hash
- Butane Hash Oil (BHO)
- Kief
- Wax
- Butter
- Peanut butter edibles
- Three kinds of candy edibles
A statement on the Heber City Police Facebook page said officers also located psilocybin mushrooms, acid, and raw marijuana.
“We located many items of paraphernalia including scales and packaging materials,” the statement said.
“Declan Scannell, Erin Fulmore, and Brett Ferrante were arrested for multiple felony and misdemeanor drug charges. Ian Debay was not home, but when located will be facing multiple felony and misdemeanor drug charges.”
