SEVIER COUNTY, Utah, Aug. 2, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — An 86-year-old man is dead after suffering a medical condition and losing control of his vehicle in Sevier County, officials said.

The deceased has been identified as Con M. Anderson, from Aurora, Utah.

UHP investigators said the incident occurred Wednesday at 11:33 a.m. on State Route 24.

A 2007 Silver Ford Ranger was traveling westbound on SR-24, the news release said, when Anderson began suffering a medical condition causing him to lose control of his vehicle.

“His vehicle veered off the left side of the roadway, through a fence and into a field,” the news release said. “The vehicle rolled half a turn onto its roof where it came to a stop.”

Medical personnel determined Anderson was deceased at the scene.

No one else was involved in the accident.

Officials did not release the nature of the medical condition Anderson suffered.
