SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Nov. 8, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — Police are looking for four suspects after an aggravated robbery in downtown Salt Lake City Monday night.
The Salt Lake City Police Department stated in a news release that the robbery occurred when the suspects picked up the victim at the Maverik gas station at 508 E. 300 South at approximately 9:50 p.m.
The news release said a man met his friend at the Maverik, and the friend arrived in a vehicle along with three other men. The victim got into the vehicle and they drove away. One of the suspects pointed a handgun at the victim and demanded his wallet. The victim gave the men his money. The victim was then kicked out of the vehicle, the news release said.
Police have identified three of the four suspects, but have withheld their names because the investigation is ongoing and arrests are still pending.
