MILLCREEK, Utah, March 21, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Police are looking for the armed robber who held up a 7-Eleven late Tuesday night.
Unified Police Lt. Paul Barker said officers were dispatched at 10:42 p.m. to the convenience store at 3235 E. 3300 South.
“The male suspect entered the store, displayed a handgun, and demanded cash,” Barker told Gephardt Daily. “He then fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.”
The man went east from the store, then north, Barker said. Police did not yet know Tuesday night if the man had a vehicle waiting somewhere.
“There’s surveillance video from the 7-Eleven, and we’ll be checking any video from nearby businesses,” Barker said.
The suspect was wearing a gray hoodie with the hood up, a mask, and gloves. He was described as having a thin build.
Anyone who has any information about this robbery or the suspect, or who may have witnessed part of the incident, is asked to call the Unified Police Department at 801-743-7000.
