Woman dies after auto-pedestrian accident in Lehi

LEHI, Utah, April 6, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — Lehi police are investigating after a woman in her 40s was killed in an auto-pedestrian collision Wednesday night.

Details are still emerging, but initial reports indicate the woman was struck by a car as she walked near 400 E. Main St. at approximately 10:30 p.m. The woman was not in a crosswalk, police said.

The driver of the car stopped, and is cooperating fully with the investigation.

The woman has not been identified, pending notification of her next of kin.
