LOGAN, Utah, Jan. 12, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — Logan Canyon has reopened after an avalanche just west of the Beaver Mountain ski resort turnoff Wednesday, the Utah Department of Transportation tweeted.

US-89 is open with no restrictions, UDOT said in a tweet at 10 a.m.

Cache County Sheriff’s Office tweeted Wednesday night US-89 through Logan Canyon would be closed until at least 6 p.m. Thursday, so the road can be cleaned off, but work was completed ahead of time.
