Police Identify Man Killed In Bluffdale Rollover; Woman’s Condition Upgraded

BLUFFDALE, UTAH – November 4, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – Saratoga Springs police have identified the couple involved in a rollover Tuesday afternoon that killed an elderly man from South Jordan.

According to Sgt. Shane Taylor, Saratoga Springs police, they believe 77-year-old Barbara Clay may have had a medical issue prior to an accident that claimed the life of her 83-year-old husband, Charles Clay.

The couple was traveling northbound near 15291 Camp Williams Rd. just after 2 p.m. when the driver lost control of the car causing it to roll.

Charles Clay suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene and Barbara Clay was flown to the hospital in critical condition but has since been upgraded to serious condition.
