BOUNTIFUL, Utah, Aug. 21, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Bountiful police, with helped from a North Salt Lake officer, rescued a cat who got his head stuck in a dumpster.
“A Bomb Dilla employee found the little dude struggling to get free,” said a Facebook post from Bountiful City Police Department. “A little teamwork and he got out and ran away! I named him Slick, since he was made slippery to help get him out.”
The playful post added: “And no, I wasn’t startled when he got free and ran off. It was a tactical retreat….”
The cat wasn’t injured, the post said.
