BOUNTIFUL, Utah, April 28, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — Bountiful police have arrested a suspect on three counts of sexual battery.
Victor Chavez, 31, faces the counts in connection with an investigation into three separate sexual battery cases that occurred along the 500 South business corridor from April 9 to April 12, Bountiful City Police Department said in a news release.
In each case, police said, the suspect grabbed the buttocks of a female.
In addition to the sexual battery charges, Chavez faces charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and distribution of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone.
He has been booked into Davis County Jail.
