WEST VALLEY CITY, UTAH – September 6, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – A West Valley City woman killed in an auto-pedestrian accident Saturday night died while trying to rescue her dog as it ran into traffic on Redwood Road.

Police say 41-year-old Stacey Craig was struck by a southbound pickup truck near 3395 South Redwood Road just before 10 p.m. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
