PLEASANT GROVE, Utah, Dec. 3, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) — A lockdown of Pleasant Grove High School was lifted Thursday afternoon after initial reports that a student had been seen with a gun.
Kimberly Bird of the Alpine School District told Gephardt Daily the school went into lockdown at 2:10 p.m. and that police had searched the facility room-by-room.
Parents were notified of the lockdown by way of e-mail and phone.
The lockdown was lifted at 4:15 p.m. and all students have now been released to their parents.
