The department said in a Facebook post that the man, later identified as Lance Croxton Jensen, 47, dialed 911 by mistake and a dispatcher then called him back to check on him.

He then told the dispatcher “Don’t worry ’bout it,” according to the post.

A probable cause statement from Utah County Sheriff’s Office said that officers then responded to Jensen’s address in Orem.

“In serving the said warrant, Lance Croxton Jensen requested officers to retrieve his eye glasses from the night stand next to the bed in the room that he was residing,” the statement said.

“In retrieving Lance’s glasses I noticed a plastic bag that contained several small plastic bags containing a white grainy powder that from my training and experience appeared to be cocaine. The white grainy substance field tested positive for cocaine. There was also a small bag of a brown grainy substance that from my training and experience appeared to be heroin. The brown grainy substance tested positive for heroin. There was also a cut straw in the bag with the illegal substances which is commonly refereed to as a ‘tutter straw’ and is used to inhale illegal controlled substances.”

Several pieces of aluminum foil with heroin residue were also found, and in the bathroom, additional heroin and paraphernalia were located, the statement said.
