Cottonwood Heights police seek help identifying pickup believed involved in hit and run

COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS, Utah, Dec. 14, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Police in Cottonwood Heights are asking for the public’s help identifying a pickup believed to have fled the scene of a hit-and-run accident at about 1:24 p.m. Saturday.

“Help Identify: Two Car Rollover Hit and Run accident,” a tweet from the Cottonwood Heights Police Department says.

“Suspect vehicle is a Black newer model full sized 4-Door GMC pickup Truck. Truck has damage to the passenger side from side swipe. Possible white paint transfer last seen (heading) north on Wasatch at 7121 South.”

The department asks anyone with possible tips on the whereabouts of the truck or driver to call the CHPD at 801-743-7000.
