ECHO CANYON, Utah, March 28, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Crews battled a semi trailer fire on Interstate 80 in Echo Canyon in the early hours of Thursday morning.
North Summit Fire District tweeted that the incident occurred on westbound I-80 at mile marker 175 at approximately 2 a.m.
No one was injured as a result of the fire.
The roadway was briefly shut down while crews cleaned up.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
