OREM, Utah, Nov. 22, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — A two-alarm commercial fire in Orem Tuesday afternoon caused $225,000 in damages, officials said.
Orem Fire Department first tweeted about the fire at 1418 W. 130 South at approximately 2:50 p.m.
A second tweet that went out soon after said all occupants had been safely evacuated.
The fire was extinguished by 3:25 p.m. and crews completed an overhaul and extinguished hot spots.
The fire has been ruled accidental; the fire department said a flammable container failure ignited surrounding materials.
