DELTA, Utah, Dec. 3, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — Police are looking for two men after an elderly woman in Delta reported she was bound in her home and robbed.

The Millard County Sheriff’s Office responded to a home invasion robbery on White Sage Avenue Thursday at approximately 2:50 p.m., according to a news release.

The woman was bound and the two suspects then stole valuables from her home, she told police.

The suspects were seen on foot in the area of the Neighborhood Park at least an hour prior to the incident, officials said.

The description of the suspects is vague. They were described as middle aged, and one was shorter and heavyset. One may have been wearing a white shirt with blue stripes and the other a greenish jacket. They were not known to the victim.

“We are anxious to connect these yet unknown individuals to a vehicle,” the news release said. “If anyone observed anything in the White Sage area likely connected to this, please contact the Sheriff’s Office immediately.”

While it appears that only this particular home was specifically targeted, the men are to be considered armed and dangerous.

The case is under active investigation.

Anybody with information about the case is asked to call the Millard County Sheriff’s Office at 435-864-2755 or 435-743-5302.
