PARK CITY, Utah, Sept. 25, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Former Vice President and Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden is scheduled to appear at a fundraiser in the Park City area Saturday.
The event is at a private residence, the Park Record is reporting, and the invitation says Amy and Barry Baker, who have hosted other Democrats during previous presidential campaigns, are hosting Biden. The invitation gives three contribution levels; $2,800, which includes a photograph taken with Biden, $1,000 and $500.
The invitation says the appearance is scheduled for Saturday morning, and the address will be provided when an RSVP is submitted.
Biden’s last trip to Park City was for a fundraiser as the vice president in 2012.
In a Quinnipiac University poll released Wednesday morning, the former vice president is commanding 25 percent of Democratic voters and independents, while Elizabeth Warren stands at 27 percent and Bernie Sanders stands at 16 percent.
