UPDATE: Dive Crews Recover Utah Man’s Body From Lake Powell

LAKE POWELL, Utah, April 17, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — The National Parks and Recreation Dive Team has recovered the body of a 25-year old man who went overboard several days ago at Lake Powell.

Utah Department of Public Safety dive teams were called in to assist the NPS, along with members of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, who recovered Tim Ritarita’s body Sunday afternoon 143-feet below water in Wahweap Bay.

Ritarita, who is from Sevier County, had fallen off the boat Thursday night while on the lake with friends and family.
