SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Feb. 29, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — The officer-involved shooting in Salt Lake City’s Rio Grande district Saturday night left a teenager in critical condition and stirred outrage among hundreds of people ─ many of them homeless ─ who claimed the shooting was unjustified.
Gephardt Daily photojournalist Steve Milner was among the first members of the media to arrive at the scene. The video he shot paints a striking portrait of the fear and uncertainty which gripped the area in the minutes just after the shooting.
