EAGLE MOUNTAIN, Utah, Dec. 24, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — Three teenagers were transported to the hospital Saturday night after their four-door sedan left the roadway and crashed into a tree.
The single-vehicle accident happened at about 9:50 p.m. on North Tinamous Road.
Utah County Sheriff’s Sgt. B.J. Eckles told Gephardt Daily that two males and one female — ages 14, 15, and 18 — were in the car.
One of the teens was transported to the hospital by helicopter — as a precaution, Eckles said — and the other two were taken by ambulance.
Eckles had no information regarding their condition, and he would not say if the driver was male or female.
He said speed was the contributing factor in the crash.
All three teens are from Eagle Mountain.
