MAPLETON, Utah, Dec. 18, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) — The father of missing 20-year-old Shay Pace from Mapleton has confirmed his son has passed away.
Pace’s family had been looking for him after he disappeared Monday, Dec. 14. He was last seen at about 11 a.m., dropping off his wife at her parents’ house.
His family had grown increasingly concerned when he did not show up for work this week as scheduled, said Kory Sundwall, Pace’s father.
Spanish Fork Police had been trying to ping Pace’s phone, but those attempts were unsuccessful.
The details of Pace’s passing were not immediately available. We will have more on this developing story as it becomes available.
