FBI offers $1K reward for tip leading to arrest of suspect in Utah murder

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, June 1, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — The FBI is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information in a cold case murder that leads to the arrest of an unknown suspect.

The fatal shooting took place at about 6 p.m. on April 14, 2018, on the Navajo Nation Reservation. It happened on the side of County Road 443/Indian Route 5060, approximately 2.5 miles from Highway 191, south of Bluff.

The man is being sought in the murder of 31-year-old Antonio Montowine.

The suspect is described as 5-feet-6 to 5-feet-8-inches tall, 150 to 170 pounds, and of Native American descent. He had short, black-gray hair.

The suspect drove a newer-model, four-door white truck with “4X4” on the side. He wore prescription glasses with transition lenses.
