CENTERVILLE, Utah, June 17, 2025 (Gephardt Daily) -- Injuries were minor in a Centerville crash Monday, but photos from the scene would leave anyone with the opposite impression.
The Farmington Fire Department, South Davis Metro Fire and Kaysville Fire responded to the scene, on southbound Interstate 15 before the Parrish Lane exit at 9:07 a.m. Monday.
"Upon arrival, crews found a complex scene involving four vehicles: one pinned beneath a semi-trailer, another rolled over, a third with minor damage, and the semi truck," says a statement released by Kaysville Fire officials.
"Four patients were evaluated at the scene. Two were transported to local hospitals—one by a KFD ambulance and one by a FFD ambulance.
"Fortunately, all injuries were minor, and all patients were in stable condition."
