VIDEO: Gaming Utah Gamers; Why They Think They’re Gambling, But They’re Not

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Feb. 3, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) ─ They look like gambling machines, they sound like gambling machines, and the people lining up to play them ─ who sometimes stuff thousands of dollars into them ─ also seem to think they’re gambling machines.

But just what are these whirling, swirling, winking and blinking devices ─ the ones that offer cash prizes and wish you good luck ─ that are suddenly cropping up in Utah gas stations, bars and smoke shops?

You may think they’re gambling machines, but don’t bet on it.

  1. They are literally creating a technicality or a loophole in gambling laws to “steal” money from, no other way to honestly put it, idiots. Anyone who is intelligent enough to fully grasp the concept of what these “vending machines” really do are not putting their money into them. The only people putting money in those things are people lacking very little intellect. People that have no problem stealing money from idiots are pathetic and inhuman. They are the scum of the earth and that lawyer is one of them. They have literally created a loophole allowing them to trick idiots into giving them their money. There must be some law preventing people from tricking other people into giving them their money right?
