MORGAN COUNTY, Utah, Oct. 17, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office is cautioning the public about what could be a serious health hazard for children and unsuspecting adults. It’s also illegal here in Utah.

Marijuana-infused gummy candies are available in states where cannabis is legal, including right next door in Colorado.

On Monday, the Morgan County Sheriff posted the following warning on Facebook:

PUBLIC WARNING: Which gummy bears in this picture are infused with Marijuana? It’s impossible to tell from looking at them. The ones on the left are infused with Marijuana and look exactly like real gummy bears. They are legal for sale next door in Colorado and have been making their way here to Utah. Additionally, packaging can be deceptive (as shown by the ‘Pot tarts’ package).
