HUNTSVILLE, Utah, May 22, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — The Weber County Sheriff’s Office has identified the Huntsville man who has been charged in his wife’s death.

Frank Michael Biccum, 60, as been charged with aggravated homicide in the death of Deborah Biccum, also 60.

Law enforcement agents arrived at the Biccum residence after a call Sunday morning saying a man had possibly “hurt or killed his wife,” according to the Weber County Sheriff’s Office.

A WCSO statement said the “unknown trouble” call came in at 8:40 a.m., and officers responded to a condominium at Lakeside Village, 6486 E. State Route 39.

First responders were unable to make contact with anyone inside the condo, according to the Weber County Sheriff’s Office statement.

The scene was secured and SWAT was called in. Shortly after noon, SWAT members made entry into the condo. The body of Deborah Biccum was discovered.

“This is not the outcome we were hoping for,” Lt. Lane Findlay, Weber County Sheriff’s Office, said on Sunday.

Although there were no official reports made to law enforcement, statements and evidence indicate there was a history of domestic violence in the relationship.

Frank Biccum is being held at the Weber County Jail on the 1st degree felony charge, and he is not eligible for bail at this time. The investigation, which remains active and on-going, is being handled by the Weber County Homicide Task Force.

Preliminary autopsy results for Deborah Biccum have been ruled “inconclusive.”  Although there was trauma to her body, the exact cause of her death has not been determined. Toxicology reports and further examination could take several weeks.
