KAYSVILLE, Utah, Nov. 19, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Kaysville crews battled a haystack fire early Sunday morning, and shared video from the scene.
Kaysville Fire Department posted on Facebook that brush truck 61 and engine 61 responded to the blaze.
“Crews spent three-and-a-half hours extinguishing and overhauling the fire,” the post said. “Haystack fires are extremely difficult to extinguish and can be manpower intensive. Great job to all involved.”
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
