LAYTON POLICE, Utah, April 26, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — Police in Layton said a missing 22-year-old man who has Asperger’s Syndrome, autism and a traumatic brain injury who went missing early Tuesday has been found safe.
An individual recognized Daniel Recksiek as he was sitting at a local restaurant at 12:45 p.m. and contacted police.
Recksiek had been reported missing at about 6:30 a.m. from his home in Layton.
Police had him listed him as endangered due to his inability to remember to eat and take his medication.
