SANDY, Utah, June 4, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — A man was flown to an area hospital in critical but stable condition after he fell in Little Cottonwood Canyon Saturday afternoon.
The 26-year-old man fell approximately 20 feet just below Tanners Flat Campground, at 7490 Little Cottonwood Canyon Rd., the Unified Police Department said in a tweet at 5 p.m. Saturday.
The man suffered a head injury and was flown from the mountain by Life Flight.
No other details were immediately available.
