LEHI, Utah, Oct. 10, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Three lanes of Interstate 15 in Lehi are closed Wednesday as crews make repairs to the roadway.
“Crews have the three left lanes blocked to make necessary repairs at mile marker 283 southbound on I-15,” according to a tweet from the Utah Highway Patrol at 9 a.m. “Traffic is getting by in the right two lanes.”
Troopers are assisting the public with changing flat tires between mile markers 284 and 282, and have helped change at least 25 tires in the area as a result of the issue.
“We may be having a similar issue as Friday’s with the roadway material coming apart and causing a hazard,” a tweet from UHP said.
Crews are advising drivers that delays should be expected in that area.
“Slow down in the area and be patient with crews fixing the issue,” a tweet said.
