SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Sept. 21, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Police are on the lookout for a suspect after a Salt Lake City credit union was robbed just before 11 a.m. Friday.

The suspect reportedly threatened to kill a teller at Security Service Federal Credit Union, 2072 S. 2200 East, but he did not show a weapon. He passed the teller a note, Detective Keith Horrocks, Salt Lake City Police Department, told Gephardt Daily.

“He was a taller man, with longer brown hair,” Horrocks said. “He was wearing sunglasses, an olive green button-up shirt, and jeans. It appears he was a white man of about 60.”

The man escaped with an undisclosed amount of money, leaving in a tan or beige four-door sedan, Horrocks said. Security photos have not yet been released.
