LOS ANGELES, Nov. 6 (UPI) — Maroon 5 announced a new tour for 2016 on Thursday and Salt Lake City is one of them.
Frontman Adam Levine and bassist Mickey Madden will embark on a North American tour with Tove Lo, R. City and Phases in September 2016. Tickets go on sale Nov. 14.
Maroon 5 will kick off the tour Sept. 3 in San Antonio, Texas, and bring the venture to a close Oct. 16 in Oakland, Calif. The group is presently on the eighth leg of theirMaroon V tour, which will end Mar. 1, 2015 in Mexico City, Mexico.
The band today consists of Levine, Madden, Jesse Carmichael, James Valentine,Matt Flynn and P.J. Morton, and last released V in August 2014. The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and includes the singles “Maps” and “Animals.”
