FARMINGTON, Utah, Nov. 27 (Gephardt Daily) ─ The Farmington Police Department is looking for leads in the stabbing of a man at a Smith’s store.
The 28-year-old victim told officers two men attacked him at about midnight Friday morning.
“The cut was about an inch deep,” said Wayne Hansen, Farmington Police Chief. “He was taken to a hospital, and was treated and released.”
Hansen said the victim, whose name has not been released, told officers one attacker was wearing light-colored pants and the other was in dark pants.
“His description was vague, so we will try to interview him again Monday,” Hansen said.
The Farmington Police Department set up a containment field and brought in a canine unit. No suspects were located or caught on surveillance recordings.
