MILLCREEK, Utah, Jan. 26, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — An auto-pedestrian accident in Millcreek sent one woman to the hospital Tuesday night.
According to of Unified Police Department Lt. John Barker, the accident happened near 3160 South 900 East at about 7:46 p.m.
“A female in her 60s was crossing 900 East in an area with no crosswalks and very little lighting,” Barker said. “The victim was transported to the hospital in serious condition.”
Barker said the woman’s injuries are not life threatening.
The investigation is ongoing, but Barker said it is unlikely the driver will face citations.
