FRUIT HEIGHTS, Utah, Sept. 16, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — A new wildfire has sparked on the mountainside above Fruit Heights and Kaysville on Monday afternoon.
The fire, named the Francis Fire, is burning above Green Road, near Bair Canyon. UtahWildfire tweeted at 3 p.m. that it had reached 50 acres.
“50 acre #FrancisFire above Fruit Heights growing rapidly,” the tweet says. “Threatening structures. Evacuations possible by local Law Enforcement.”
