BOUNTIFUL, Utah, Dec. 8, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — A Bountiful man has been arrested on suspicion of multiple counts of crimes against children.

Jonathan Michael Pulsipher, 44, has been booked into the Davis County Jail on eight counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, according to information from the Davis County Sheriff’s Office. Each is a second-degree felony.

“Jonathan Pulsipher has his own business that gives him access to several houses,” a probable cause statement says.

“Found on scene was three hours of voyeuristic video taken at Lagoon, in Davis County. The video consists of following girls around ages 3 and up, focusing on their buttocks, breast or private parts.

“Pulsipher minimized the deviancy of his actions and behavior during the interview,” the statement says.

On Sept. 19 of this year, agents with the FBI Child Exploitation Task Force were working undercover to investigate child pornography being shared via peer-to-peer networks on the Internet.

They obtained files from a Comcast subscriber, later identified as Pulsipher, containing approximately 399 images and two videos, some containing pornography of teens and preteens, some performing sexual acts.

Subscriber information was obtained after Comcast was served with a subpoena.

The videos contained about three hours of voyeuristic video taken at Lagoon amusement park, the statement says.

“The video consists of following girls around ages 3 and up, focusing on their buttocks, breast or private parts.”

“On scene, Jonathan Pulsipher confessed to downloading the images and stated he has had the problem since he was in his 20s.”

Pulsipher, considered a flight risk, is being held on $50,000 cash-only bail.
