MOAB, Utah, Aug. 25, 2021 (Gephardt Daily) — Officials are searching for information after a petroglyph in Mill Creek Canyon southeast of Moab was vandalized recently.

“A concerned citizen reported vandalism to a petroglyph in Mill Creek Canyon outside of #Moab,” said a tweet from the Bureau of Land Management Utah. “Thanks to the tip, BLM has completed an emergency treatment and is seeking info. If you have info about who is responsible, contact BLM law enforcement at 435-259-2131.”

The vandalism read: “Petroglyphs Taylor Trey Wes Travis Aug. 3, 2021.”
