SEVIER COUNTY, Utah, March 6, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Officials are searching for a missing 77-year-old man from Annabella in Sevier County.
The Sevier County Sheriff’s Office said in a Facebook post James Fields was last seen on Monday at his home.
Fields was supposed to head to a medical appointment in Provo but never arrived, the post said.
“Deputies have received reports he may have made it to the medical center but not to the appointment,” the post said. “We have also received reports he may have been seen on Tuesday in Sanpete County.”
Fields was driving a 2012 Dodge truck, gray in color with a matching shell. The license plate on the truck is Utah C232PL.
Anyone who sees Fields or has more information about his whereabouts is asked to call the Sevier County Sheriff’s Office at 435-896-6471.
