OGDEN, Utah, May 25, 2021 (Gephardt Daily) — Ogden Police officials are investigating an attempted kidnapping that reportedly occurred at a local elementary school Tuesday afternoon.
The incident, outside Lincoln Elementary, at 550 E. Canfield, took place at about 2:30 p.m.
Lt. Vanderwarf, with Ogden PD, told Gephardt Daily the case is currently active and under investigation, and no information is being released at this time. He did, however, say the child who apparently was the object of the attempt is “safe and fine.”
